POP UP! – Fierce Form

We’re going to be going over techniques that will help you learn how to lift weights safely and effectively so you can get your best workout in. 
We’ll spend 30 minutes going over proper form and letting you ask questions as we go.
Bring your Minis, bring your weights both heavy (between 10+lbs) and light (3-7lbs), yoga mat and get your sweat on by learning how to lift in true form…ohhhhh…it’s gonna be good.
Please bring a yoga mat!
