Also known as...

Jill and Cath or vice versa (if you get us confused, you are certainly not the first...we will answer anyway!)

I am a Hot Mama because...

We love everything about what this business stands for. We love that it allows families to come together through fitness but we also love that it gives us moms an outlet. This business is a network of moms who band together and support each other through all the anger, anxiety, pressure and excitement that motherhood has to offer!

Joining the Hot Mama team and building my own Hot Mama community is the best decision I have ever made because...

We get to do what we truly love (teach fitness), meet some amazing people along the way and provide a safe non judgmental zone for mamas and their mini's (how many people can say that about their job?)

Meet my family...

Jill: My husband, Clayton, and I have two daughters- Charli and Arden and a great dane named Duke. Cath: My husband, Sam, and I have one daughter- Aveline!

My favourite healthy snack is... But secretly I would rather be having...

Jill- Yogurt and berries or sweet potato crackers (if you haven't tried these, you changing!!) with veggies and guac but I would really love to be eating some delicious baking or drinking wine. Cath- Do the sugar free/flour free brownies count as healthy?! Body Smarts mamas know what I'm talking about! I also love veggies and hummus. But I would rather be eating cheese. Give me all the cheese (and while you're at it a glass of wine!)

My perfect Sunday morning is...

Jill- Snuggling with my kids in bed (which lasts maybe 5 minutes if I'm lucky) and then sitting on the deck drinking my coffee and pumpkin spice Baileys! Cath- being in a vacation destination with two of my favorite people, lying in bed with a big mug of coffee and Baileys.

My dream vacation is...

Jill- On a beach in an all inclusive resort (I'm not picky where), where I don't have to think or do a single thing! Cath- I'd love to go to Tahiti or Morocco

My favourite way to indulge myself is...

Jill- pedicures and massages (not the ones that make you sweat in pain) Cath- getting a pedicure or booking a vacation. Booking a vacation while getting a pedicure!!
